Production Planning & Works Order Processing

Reporting for the production department is taken to its logical conclusion by Production Planning. This allows you to automatically schedule finished products and mixing requirements.

The module can adjust the needs of each stage of production and account for factors like expected waste, damaged levels and efficiency time that may vary due to shortage of staff. By combining information from the Sales Order Processing and Recipe Costing modules, it provides detailed production breakdowns for each section by day and shift.

Warnings are given when normal working hours will be exceeded. The system also provides information on production balancing, early scheduling of long life products, part finished stock control, full production logging and wastage control.

In conjunction with the production recording possible at the production line using both hand held devices, rugged weigh heads and other entry devices the production plans and works orders can be traced through out the factory on a real time basis.
